拖链专用扁电缆使用一般要求：
1、电缆的敷设不能扭曲，即不可从电缆卷筒或电缆盘的某一端解开电缆，而应先旋转卷筒或电缆盘将电缆展开，必要时可将电缆展开或悬挂起来。
2、必须注意电缆的最小弯曲半径。
3、电缆必须松散的并排敷设在拖链中，尽可能分开排列。
4、拖链中的电缆不得相互接触或困在一起。
5、电缆的两点都必须固定，或至少在拖链的运动端必须固定。
6、请确保电缆在弯曲半径内完全移动，即不可强制移动。
7、如果拖链折断，则其电缆也需要更换，因为过度拉伸造成的损坏无法避免。
电缆基本组成：
导体：多股超细精绞无氧铜丝，直径0.1±0.004毫米。如有特殊需求可根据客户技术指标
另行选择其他型号铜丝。
绝缘：特殊混合丁晴聚氯乙烯材料绝缘。
颜色：≤0.5mm 颜色标识，棕、黑、蓝、粉红、紫。
≥0.5mm 黑色数字白色号码编号，3芯以上带有黄绿接地线（黄绿可选）。
可依据客户指定。
屏蔽：镀锡铜丝网编织密度85%以上
外护套：混合丁晴聚氯乙烯专用耐弯曲、耐油、耐磨、防水护套。
内护套：改性低粘度强力挤压内护套，PVC材质，耐油。（双护套可选）
拖链扁电缆弯曲半径小，耐弯曲寿命高，是您一个不错的选择。
Cable basic component:

Insulation: special mixed with fine PVC insulation material.
Color: 0.5mm color logo, brown, black, blue, pink, purple.
0.5mm black white number number, more than 3 cores with yellow greenground (yellow optional).

Shield: tinned copper wire braided density more than 85%
Outer jacket: mixed with fine PVC special resistance to bending, oil, wear, waterproof jacket.
Inner sheath: modified low viscosity strong extrusion inner sheath, PVC material, oil resistant. (double jacket optional)
